It's Beastalities- morphing into a critter for the kill. Ahh, I remember schooling and being schooled when the first one hit the arcades- and how surprised me and my friends where when I accidentally did Sub-Zero's fatality on my first try (the gore in the arcades was something entirely new back then)
Haven't played any of em since deadly alliance tho- lack of $$$
