Re: Bubble Gum(Sequel to 'Tales of a Teenage Soul) Shelby's head twisted around to look at Amber. "No, no were not. I just happen to love that ginormous bubble!" She said, laughing again, I could tell she was trying to get Amber to notice magic of it. "What ever." Amber unhooked her hand from mine, leaving it cold and empty."Im going home." She said walking down the dark field to her car. "Oh jeez, someones having their time of the month! If you know what I mean." Shelby said, nudging the brim of Bubble's shoulder. Bubble's smiled a bit, but I could tell she was trying to erase it. "I guess, I should get going too. Since, shes my ride home!" Shelby quickly did some abnormal and confusing handshake with Bubbles. " Oh my gosh! Like, call me Girlfran!" Shelby said laughing while she skipped away. Bubbles and I, watched until the miniture car drove off onto the empty country road. "So." Bubbles flashed her violet eyes at me again,as if causing the world around me to blur and just focus on her. She had that kind of effect on me. "Jerrod?" I tried to smile my best smile. "I have to show you something." She tucked her hair behind her ear. "Right now? What about the party?" "Forget the party. Just follow me." Bubbles said nothing more and did what I said. I opened the passenger door of my car, hoping Bubbles would jump in. She paused. " Trust me, I'm not going to kidnap you." I said. She laughed and hopped in. I came around the other side and turned on the car. "So, where are we going?" She asked clicking her seatbelt. "You'll see." She smiled, and turned her head away. My car drove slowly down the road. After a couple minutes of silence I finally reached my destination. "Were here." I whispered. "This is the place?" She asked raising her eyebrows, unbuckling her seatbelt, and walking onto the cold cement. I followed close behind her. "Yeah, isn't it beautiful?" I asked gazing over the world around me. "Um, I guess." She said shrugging.
