Default Re: Bubble Gum(Sequel to 'Tales of a Teenage Soul)

I watched her crawl under it, and how her body completely disapeared. I bent down, so I would be able see her. "Peek a boo!" Her fingers brushed the sides of my face as she popped right in front of it. "Whoa!" I jumped back. She started laughing. " I'm glad you took me here Jer, its so fun!" She said as she climbed onto the completely too small for her Monkey Bars. I shrugged my shoulders. "Yeah, me too." I said, climbing the Monkey Bars myself. I swung myself up to the top and sat at the edge, letting my legs hang below. "How'd you do that?" She asked staring at me as she hung. "Years of practice." I answered. "Here, I'll help you up." I held out my hand through the bars. She grasped it. "I don't think I can get up here with just one hand." She giggled. I laid myself on the bars, and tried to keep my balance as I pulled her up with both hands. "Thanks." She smiled her bright spunky smile. Something about her was just perfect. Well, everything was. As she adjusted herself on the bars, she finally spoke up. "So, you and Amber are going out right?" She said, looking at how her feet swung. "No? Why would you think that?" I asked moving closer to her. "Oh, your not? I just saw you dancing, so I expected something was going on." She shrugged. I laughed. "Were not going out. Just friends." She looked at me, her violet eyes, were silent. "Im sorry." Her eyes shifted down. But, all I wanted to do was stare into them forever. "F..for what?" I studdered. "For doing this!" She slapped my shoulder, jumped off the monkey bars, and ran for the fields. "Tag! Your it!" She yelled behind her. I started to climb down and chased after her. She ran right where I'd hope she'd run into. The stream. At the end of the playground. None of the kids were allowed to go there. I watched as she screamed, and came up soaking wet. Her clothes were skin tight. "Hey Jerrod! Do you want a hug?!" She yelled. "Nah, thats ok." I said. She came hurdling toward me and tackled me to the ground. "Your all wet!" I screeched. "Thats the whole point." She smiled. Then, it was all quiet. The tip over her nose was against mine. A few water droplets landed on my face, but I didn't care. Nothing was going to ruin this moment. I could hear her heart beating against my chest. Her sparkling eyes were staring at me, and once again my world was all a blur. "Your perfect." I managed to whisper. "Oh, am I now? I could say the same about you." She said. Then, her soft wet hands grabbed the edges of my face. This was it. This was the moment. Her cold lips touched mine, and.. "Jerrod Skogen!!" Bubbles rolled off of me, and looked silenty at the raging girl standing over us. "Maybe, I was a little bit rude on your birthday leaving you like that. But when I came here to think all this out, I see you and Ms.Slut here making out behind my back! You don't even deserve to wear that bracelet!" Amber tried to rip my bracelet off my wrist, but I pulled back just in time. "Oh, Amber. I'm so sorry. I'll leave you two alone." Bubbles stood up. "Yeah, you better bitch." Amber snapped at her. "Bye Jerrod." Bubbles walked away dragging her feet behind her. I hoped she knew the way home. After Bubbles left, Amber turned her head to me. "Why!" She screamed. "Amber, are you alright? Your not even my girlfriend."
"So, I don't care! That skank was all over you Jerrod! You don't deserve that." She said grabbing my shoulder, and shaking her head silently. " Hm. Kind of sounds like your, oh whats the word. Jealous?"
