The reason the war really started was because of the terrorists.
Have you guys forgotten or not heard of 9/11? Twin Towers?
Ya. Something like that will happen again if those terrorists aren't rid of.
THAT is why we are fighting.
Fighting for oil? We are BUYING the oil. Why would we FIGHT for it? If we fought they wouldn't give it to us. But they ARE. So we aren't having trouble with them in that.
Politics? Care to explain?
We are fighting those damn terrorists, the people who kidnap the troops. We are also trying to free Iraq from those terrorist's grip.
If I am wrong, try to change my thoughts in the best way possible. It's gonna be hard. |
First of all, our main focus is on Iraq.
Iraq had absolutely nothing to do with 9/11.
We have created more enemies and terrorists thanks to our brilliant President.
Oil was a main part of Bush's agenda.
The Republicans would like to tell us we're fighting for national security
yet any intelligent human being can see beyond all the lies and deceit.
America's main concern was never to "free Iraq from the terrorists' grip"
If we were so concerend about how a country is ruled, we would be over
in Africa fighting Darfur which is just as bad if not worse than what Iraq is dealing with.
Oil is in the Middle East, therefore we find there problems more important.
The hypocrisy of the Bush administration disgusts me.
Bush wanted to get rid of Saddam Hussein-a man who attempted to kill daddy Bush in the Pulsian Gulf War.
He lied about "weapons of mass destruction" and used fear of 9/11 to grant him permission to invade Iraq.
And now he's trying to shove democracy down the throats of the Iraqi people.
Who gives him the right to impose democracy on anyone?
I'd be upset too if a type of government was being forced upon me that I did not agree with.
He disregarded the best interest of the American people and that's what is frustrating the most.
This war is degrading to our country that once stood for high integrity.
People have a right to be upset by this impulsive war.
