I was at Wal-Mart the other day looking for a costume for my 6 year old second cousin (yea I know confusing) and I saw this really cute witch costume that I thought she would love. But for some reason I though the skirt part was longer and it turned out it was the same costume a few sizes larger.was behind the one I had picked for my cousin. Anyway the skirt would have come up to her tigh, if even that high. I mean come on no one wants to see a 6 year old in skanky clothes.
