Ok, so, i dont like to share this secret, but Gama ask me to do a Tutorial, so, here you go, in only 5 steps:
1. Open Gimp
2. Open your image
3. Pick a hard brush, tiny size
4. Draw a white line in the place you want the shine
5. Smudge the line with a bigger soft brush
And Voila!
