We can't just make a new forum every time someone wants to make a new RP. You have all the sources you need to explain what kind of story you want to write and find people to write with you. Having a different forum won't change it...and I doubt it would keep "non-serious" RPs out anyway. Just saying that you want something to be long-term doesn't make it happen. I've said that before every RP I've started and while most of them have lasted a good while (thanks to my having specified in the OOC), some of them just died. It happens. People will know what your RP is about and what your style is if you tell them and that's all you have to do.
