1. Open A Pic./ Make ANew File & Paste a Pic.
[if u are going to open a pic. Duplicate the layer and erase the background pic.]

2.Erase the parts that you don`t need

3.Then DUPLiCATE

4.Then go to FILTER->VISUAL EFFECT-> GAUSSIAN BLUR MAKE IT 4 pixels


5.when you click layer manager tool[the one stroked w/ color red]
An option will appear below So Click OVERLAY

7.Then merge w/ previous layer
