Hello there! I decided too make one tutorial for "Scary Eyes".

Follow steps,and learn something new,ENJOY!

This is original picture before edit:

• Zoom in your picure [400%]

• Draw black circle around the eye.

• Highlights the black line under the iris.

• Smudge the highlights line.
  (In the picture is mistake,no blur but smudge)
  

• Darken the pale line.

• You can also SMUDGE the iris for good efect.
  (Non important step,but you can do it for better efect)
  

• Put the highlights on the bottom of iris.
  (Non important step,but you can do it for better efect)

• Draw black eyelashes.

• Draw Grey eyelashes.

• Draw dark red line and blur it.

• You can also edit background,Mouth,Hair...
