I watched the movie when I was younger, maybe around grade four, but I didn't understand the story much because I guess I was too dumb to follow along and my friend and I were having an awesome pillow fight while her sister sobbed to the movie.

But I've read the book about 40 times and I must say, it never gets tiring. Even when you already know what's going to happen, it's so good that you never get tired of it.

I think its amazing that S.E. Hinton wrote that book when she was only 16. Its really
good writing,and very detailed.

Alot of my friends that watched the movie/read the book like Johnny,or Sodapop.
But my favorite character will always be Dally!

I found it genius that she didn't put her name just first and middle initial so more people would read it, because if boys knew that a girl wrote that book they might not have wanted to read it more.

I love the book and movie
They are all quite gorgeous in the movie.
I love Stave Randle, Dally Winston, Two-Bit, Johnny, Ponyboy, Sodapop, Darry.
All of them.

I've been wanting to read that book for a while now, but everytime I go to the bookstore, I completely forget about this book.
Considering I get surrounded by books, I tend to forget what I'm even looking for. ^^"
