Default Diary of Anne Frank

Anne Frank is my hero. Her diary is one of my favorite books. I have my own copy, and I read it for fun, not for class. No one at my school is mature enough to handle some parts though, and so there isn't really anyone I know who likes it.

Has anyone on here read it who appreciates it?

Well by 'fun' I mean that I enjoy the book, I don't read it just because it's required.

I started reading it a few years ago but I wasn't really old enough to appreciate it. I will have to read it again sometime.

I admire Anne Frank personally. She is such an inspiration, not to mention an extremely smart girl when it came to the situation she was in. I've read the Diary and it's absolutely amazing, there aren't words to describe all that she had to go through. Just thinking of how awful it must have been through all the torture and just everything.

It was one of the best books I have ever read, and I'd love to read it over again. :]

Anne is an inspiration to me as well. I've read her diary probably at least 3 times. I study the Holocaust and I want to be a historian in the feild I think. I read all kinds of books on the subject and WWII of my own accord. I've also read a biography on Anne written by Melissa Muller.
