I read some books from the series but I stopped because I really hated them. I felt that the characters were poorly developed and the whole relationship was fake.

It honestly was not very well written.
A 7th grade level at most
The characters were very immature for their age while with comments and such
It just wasn't as good as I was hoping
All in all, I agree with Serendipity

I've never read them before now; they don't sound that great to me.

I didn't like the book, sorry. It needed more detail. Plus, it made me have a bad image of Raven. So how is having Raven's name so wonderful?

i read like two of the books and im suppose to be getting the next one.
i liked the series

And thats pretty kool to have the same name(s) as a character from a book.
