It really depeneds on your personal preference.
But being 200-300 lbs has a lot of health risks, and health is important. It's never healthy to be fat.
Two hundred and three hundred pounds can be very slender for a very very tall person.
MIGHT I ADD.

And I agree with Vmacfan.

I don't really like thin girls; even though I am one, myself.

Personally, I prefer girls who are meatier, but that's kind of different than a girl who's 350+ pounds. It's horrible that people won't approach people because of their weight; and to be quite honest, I've been known to strike up a conversation with anyone, regardless of looks, etc, etc.

It depends on people. If they like how you look, chances are, they're gonna come up to you. Fact of life, I guess.

I think it all depends. Some people love over weight lovers. Others wouldnt dare go there.

I draw the line at guys who have trouble functioning due to them being too unhealthy, whether they're big or small. I don't want a guy too fat to get out of his seat or a guy too thin (and weak) to where I'll be afraid I'll break him with a simple hug.

I'm packin' 210 and most people think I'm very attractive and that I carry myself well. In fact, when I tell people I weigh 200 they don't really think I'm being serious. People compliment me because I dress up nice, I actually try to take care of myself, and I give a crap about my intelligence and having some fun every now and then.

People DON'T understand that your weight doesn't neccessarily reflect who you are as a person.

I think there IS a difference between having some extra meat on your bones and then being a 400 pound lard ass who won't move their ass off the couch. Or for that matter being a skinny twig that NEVER does anything.

Being heavy =/= being lazy or apathetic.
It all depends on the person, and you need to get to know them before you can assume anything about them.

On the other hand, I completely accept the fact that people have certain standards (even if they happen to be ignorant). The way I look at it; if a person can't look past something as simple as weight, then maybe they're not worth my time anyway.

I don't think weight by itself would matter a lot to me. I've seen some really attractive and awesome chubby people, and I've seen hideous slender people. To date a person, I should be attracted to him sexually and like his personality. In most cases weight is not a decisive factor in any of those aspects.

I am a heavier girl, but I don't just sit around and do nothing. I do things in my P.E. Class and I just spent an hour at the gym tonight. I like the fact that I'm healthy, and I like anyone that is healthy.

Weight isn't a factor in a person I like as long as they're healthy.

I tend to notice faces first, then hair, then body type. I honestly am not that picky when it comes to body type as long as the person isn't like, morbidly obese, with huge rolls of fat and a neck that is wider than their face. Like I said, I notice faces, and neck fat can definitely change your face shape. Chubby is totally fine, but I probably wouldn't be as attracted to a 300-lb person or a bodybuilder as I would to somebody that is more average-sized.
It probably wouldn't make them totally off-limits, but I'd be more likely to strike up a conversation with somebody who is not extremely obese (like, BMI over 40).
