well ive been doing it since i was 12 so thats 3 years, give or take a couple of months

You can't live like that, being that skinny is messing you up internally, if you're not having periods that really messes up your reproductive system, you may not be able to have children, not to mention your digestive system may be messed up if you puke as it causes wear of the esophagus.

i really cant tell my parents, they barely even look at me now since they found out about the SI. We really dont get on, i know te care and stuff, but i really dont feel like i can talk to them.
and i guess ive always hidden behind a front, saying that i hate kids, especally little screaming toddlers, but i duno, i cant see myself having kids but im still having periods atm

Call your doc and make an appointment. (S)he will be able to help.

What you're doing isn't healthy. And it's cowardly. Actually facing up to it and admitting you have a problem and getting help is the brave thing to do.

My best friend Kayla is currently seeing a councilor for anorexia and exercise bulimia. She is possibly one of the most beautiful girls I know, and I can't even understand why she thinks she's fat and ugly. I saw her wasting away before my eyes. It was so scary, and I'm so incredibly proud of her for getting help. I know it's not easy for her. But she's doing it, because she cares about herself.

if i dont have it a my secret then it feels like il have nothing, and i wont be me anymore. But i know its wrong, i feel so torn between the two, like no matter which i choose things are going to be different, too different, and i hate things changing

I had a bit of bulimia for a time in my life, because when I was 12 I was called fat every day. But I'm fine now and I love food :P. But I used to hate it..I dunno why I listened to that dumbass D:.

Ps. I went to a shrink , it helped me a load with that :P.
