This may not seem controversial, but most people wont be happy with this and others will argue theres nothing wrong with it, therefore i declare it controversial. i just want to know if anyone has any tips on how to keep motivated when you are on a fast and how to stop yourself from giving in to food. | |||||

Nobody is going to give you tips on how you can get sent to the hospital. :? If you're built thicker, then thats how your supposed to be. I have a fast matabilism and I'm skinny. It's really hard for me to gain weight, but thats how I'm built. My friend excercises wayy more than I do and she eats A LOT healthier than I do, but she's plus sized and people call her fat. Thats just how she's built too. Stop trying to be someone elses' healthy weight and focus on being YOUR healthy weight. | |||||

Thanks, i am anorexic and have been for 3 years, im just stuck in a rut atm of not being able to keep motivated and keep slipping up, im not losing anything anymore, just staying at the same weight.
