It'll severely lag because I'm downloading tons of Dragonforce from iTunes right now, but my BFF/roommate demands that we watch it...

I just don't know...If you say Palin is not ready to be VP, well, I agree with that...But then, we must ask: Obama is ready to be president?

Both have so little experience, but at least the McCain-Palin ticket is more reasonable, since the one with experience is the main candidate. I'm not saying I support the republican ticket, but at least it makes more sense.

I don't understand why palin is a bad mother. Is she a bad mother because shes a working mother? Her husband stays home with the kids most of the time, I don't think that's bad. It's like when stay at home moms stay with the kids there's no difference.
Now i'm going to agree and say shes not the most experienced person to be second in command. But whats the difference between her and Obama? Obama is about experinced as she is. Atleast if McCain would be president hes more experinced and would be first in command, palin second. And if Obama is choosen he would be first, biden a experinced person would be second. I'dont agree on somethings with palin but i do seem to like her better then Obama.

Not true, Leslye and Toni.

Palin has only had, total, twelve years of major political experience, which includes her time on the city council of Wasilla, being the mayor of Wasilla, and being the governor of Alaska. Before that, she has had no actual political training or education--only a bachelor of science degree in Communications-journalism.

Obama has not only had an education within the law from Columbia University and Harvard's School of Law, but he also taught Constitutional Law at the U of Chicag-o (Silly pirate's day--I'll take out the dash later.) Law School. Five years after he started teaching, he also became a state senator for Illinois on top of his teaching job. (Total, right now, that's 2 degrees and 12 years of experience within the law, whether it be teaching or not.) In 2004, he was elected to the US Senate, so that's four more years of experience there.

16 years of experience with two degrees worth of work in the law on top of those 16 years, or only 12 years of experience? Obama has more experience.

Toni, You do know that McCain is so old, that it's way more likely he will die in office, right? Sorry, but he's 20 years too late, and besides, nothing will get done with him, or rather her in office. Obama actually makes sense, and he has a fairly decent running mate. Those two combined, sure it may not be as much experiance as McCain, but they have more endurance and longivity. I do fear Palin being president, because She only knows two things... Being a mother, and being a preppy high school girl who just never learned when to grow up.
