Although I won't automatically assume anything positive about Palin is false, putting the charge for the rape kits on the insurance is hardly full-proof. After all, what about those without insurance or whose insurance won't pay? That any woman would be charged at all for being the victim of, perhaps, the most heinous crime possible is disgusting. Still, I'll own that there is a possibility that Palin had no intention of ever making women pay for rape kits. There is more evidence against this notion than for it but it is still a possibility.

Rabid left means socialist, communist, or anarchist, none of these beliefs have a voice in the United States.
Feminism hardly exists in the US any more because people are under the illusion that women are equal (They aren't)
And a violent, rich, pro-capitalist, anti-science, conservative woman could never, ever be truly Christian.
