They portray femeninity and are not extremely scant, plus the only one that doesn't really appear to be an adult is the last one. Even if they're aimed at a certain group, the models are just there to show the outfit, not dictate how the outfit is to be worn. Anyway, my main question was for those who are talking about the "ten and under" age group having "sexy" clothes--I just don't see how it's possible without having "hot piece of underage ass" written across the front, because it's hardly as if these kids are going to have any inclination toward sexual activity or attracting a mate. "Tweens", on the other hand, are right around that age where they're interested, but not actually sexual (in most cases, mind you). Those costumes look about right for that, if you ask me. They don't scream "Come and get me! *wink-wink*" so much as "Hey, look; I'm cute and sassy!"

Those aren't little girls, they're teenagers at the least and thats nothing new. Teenagers dress like that during halloween and outside of halloween.

I think that is CRAZY!!!! I was a Dorthy when i was 11 when it was a pre-teen costume and when I put it on I relized the tag titled it Sexy Dorthy. Teen costumes are getting to sexy also, I mean now most my friends are guys and where Christian and I am and want to stay a Virgin and I dont want to put out that message to all my friends that I am a slut. When you have to add clothes to make it look less revealing then its time for a change in the costumes. (not for obama just heard the word change to much **vomits**)

that was the Dorthy costume I had!!! Haha plus the pirate one isnt to bad and lastly I forgot to say that I was 9 year olds dressed as the PUSSYCAT DOLLS!!!!! OMG!!!!
