Hehe! That's cute.
My dad sang songs around the house like,

from The Sound of Music, instead of:
"The hills are alive... With the sound of music!"
it was:
"The hills are alive... And they're eating children!"

and instead of the song:
"Mares-eat-oats and Does-eat-oats and Little-lambs-eat-ivy"
he sang:
"Mares-eat-oats and Does-eat-oats and Little-lambs-eat-****"

Default Children using curse words

Most kids now adays say curse words,

My two year old nephew says ****, Bitch, ****, suck my D***,
its really actually funny when he says suck my D*** , and his mom just lets him say it like its nothing,

he goes to daycare saying these words , and its really not a good thing, but hey its not my kid,

but if I had a kid and if he cursed , I'd probably not care much, as long as he/she's not saying it to me

If your kid is going to use 'curse' words, teach him how to use them properly, like when and where it is okay (i.e. Off with his friends, etc.) and when it is not (i.e. At school, in the presence of adults or strangers..) but i wouldn't sit there and tell him that 'omg that's a bad evil dirty nasty word and you can't ever say it' because for one, it's hypocritical, and two--he's going to say it anyway. so just let him know when, where, and HOW to use it.

The way i see it, a 'curse word' is just another interjection/descriptor. if used properly, there should be no problem. using those words does not make someone stupid in the least.

Cursing happens. Kids hear it, they learn it, they try it for themselves. Generally, it's not good to cuss too much. By failing to at least keep it in mind that it is a bad word and should not be said, she grows accustomed to the fact that it's okay to do so whenever she wants and how much she wants. If she's of young-young age now, then she could turn into one of those young little teens that curse too much. Plus, she's a lady. Generally, girls don't curse too much. I curse myself, but I don't use profanity after every word. I never really cursed until I got older. I would often ask what curse words meant though.

So yeah. Just instill the good value, so there can be balance between the cursing and normal language.

You don't need to be a rocket scientist to figure it out on your own who you curse in front of and who you don't. I don't ever recall my parents telling me. If it was your parents that told you not to say it, chances are you won't be spouting off profanity in front of any other adult. You just learn through experience. No need for some fancy handbook there.

Yeah, they are just words...but it has something to do with manners and integrity more than anything else. Curse words really aren't necessary, and they're given bad connotations. Imagine walking into an elementary school and from the right and left to you all you could hear was profanity. It's just...odd and out of the ordinary. They don't need it at that age. Gotta teach them balance. Not everyone's perfect.

it's much more intelligent to use a varied vocabulary than to just pull out ****, bitch, etc when you can't think of anything else
i'm in no way discouraging a wide vocabulary. in fact, that would be top on my list in teaching my children. however, there is no way or need to erase those words from the vocabulary. they're just words. as long as they don't use them in ways that will offend people, they ought to be able to use them, just like every other word. all words can be twisted into something offensive, and 'curse words' are no different--they don't have to be 'bad', but they can be.
