If this belongs in a different forum, I apologize. Today my daughter said a curse word. Nothing too awfully terrible, but when she dropped some milk on the floor she said "Oh, ****." I was slightly amused but didn't want to let on, because I don't want her to think that this behavior is okay. I said "Amaris! Don't say that, it's a bad word." No doubt she learned this language at school. So, what say you? If this behavior continues, should I ignore her, scold her...? Opinions are much appreciated! :D | |||||||

She is about to turn 2... I dont see why she should be punished for saying something that she hears her mom and dad say all the time... And its not like she isnt going to learn about it sooner or later... I would just rather her learn about it from home and learn that there are appropriate times and places that you can say these words
