an Ouija board is something that allows you to speak with the dead, but you never know if your going to find a positive or negative spirit to speak with

Are they BrainMissing?! Tell them not to do it. Besides spirits dont linger in graveyards unless the graveyard is exceedingly old. Spirits like to be near people because a lot of the times they dont realize they are dead. Or you could have a fixed spirit which is nasty to get rid of. Either way they are messing with things they shouldnt be.

It depends on the kind of Ouija board they are using, most are harmless, though some of the older ones have some connections to the third plane, as long as they didn't find it in an attic, or at a yard sale, they should be fine, however I never condone such practices that could disturb the natural balance and neutrality of such energy

I believe in spirts an ghout i have had several experiences

Cemetaries are perfectly acceptable, the people in heaven aren't going to care about what happens to their shells. Ouija boards are NO NO's! They bring in negative energy, and ghosts are attracted to them. Spirits have already been put to rest, and may come visit relatives from heaven, but they do nothing harmful and are perfectly at peace.

But if, for some reason, the soul doesn't realize its dead or won't accept it, they are ghosts. Ghosts CAN'T posess you. They can mess with lights or move items around, but they can't posess you or harm you in any way. They can pester you a bit, though.

More ghosts end up being dead Indians from reservations. You'd be surprised at how many houses are built on top of indian burial grounds.
