As previously mentioned, that is no longer a requirement. The current requirements are:

You have been using Meez for at least 3 months. You must have filed at least 25 valid abuse reports. A valid report is one where you report someone for something that is against the Rulz, and where the Chat Logs included with the report clearly show them breaking the Rulz. Only reports which meet both of these requirements will count towards the total required to apply for modship. You have been following the Rulz for awhile. If you have ever got an infraction or ban, you are not eligible to apply for modship.

As in having an established record for aiding others by answering questions, welcoming others, directing new meezers to threads and codes of conduct, etc.

I know right,
Its ashame I could of replied several months before but because meez just decides to chain the requirements.

Im not even going to get vexed over it.
Moderating to me isnt worth the hassle.
