Like seriously, Twilight... Now, I know most of you have seen or read Twilight, but what I want to know is, why is everyone getting so excited over it. Like seriously, Twilight is getting annoying and the fact that people are all "OMG VAMPIRES" and the fact that Vampires SPARKLE and everyone goes bannanas over it is getting rediculous.

Call me a Twilight Basher if you like, but Twilight in my eyes is totally dumb. I'll even give a list of reasons...

1. Vampires DO NOT sparkle. I know Vampires are supposed to be like cold and hard (lol hard) but they're not supposed to sparkle. I understand that they cant (I'm hearing hate but whatever) be in sunlight, but making them sparkle is giving them a VERY bad reputation. Especially to the people who know what a REAL vampire is supposed to be like.

2. Bella. And I wish I could say "nuff said" and move on, but I absolutely cant. She's a clumsy Mary Sue, and Stephene Meyers wished she could be sweeped off her feet by some guy who can sparkle...good lord.

3. The story itself. Stephene Meyers had me going for a good chapter before I said "The only thing this woman can write is her name and that's just about it." I've read fanfiction written by twelve year olds that shines over some Twilight. And even though they dont get paid, or get the amount of reviews as she does (most of them are more than likely flames), but at least they dont go on and on about one thing for six chapters at a time.

4. Edward. Oh my God...his whole existance just pisses me off...he's 1700 (I seventeen hundred?) years old and he's stalking 17 year old females. Pedophile much?

5. The fact that Twilight was said to surpass Harry Potter. No story could even DREAM to surpass the Harry Potter series. J.K Rowling is a genious and Stephene Meyers is this woman who thinks that Vampires can sparkle. The Harry Potter series was FAR more incredible than the Twilight series, and whoever thinks that Twilight is better than Harry Potter, I pray for your poor demented soul.

So yeah, you tell me, what's the deal with Twilight again?
