I won't rate it... But i'll tell you a few reason why i don't like it as much as i could... I think that the baggy jeans just look so bulky, and the little vest makes kind of an odd comparison. If i were to change one thing, i think that you should just change into a tighter jean.
it would make the outfit a lot better in my opinion. But it's really not that bad
