The dress theme is strictly and both loosely commited to the below adjectives:
"Tea outfit" "elegant" "radiant and smooth" "stunning" "brisk and clean"
As to represent nearly a..pearls and girls, lady-like, or fancy Englander sensation. Why you can look to me for instance! Still, on the loose side, feal free to get colorful, and step out of the "cream colors" and into royal pastel colors. ....!
