I'm divided. I rather like the colors, but I wouldn't choose such high boots with such short bottoms. ^ ^ I kinda like it though.

Nah, too gangster-ish for me.
BUT - it's okay, just change the trouser colour and boot colour to prolly black or grey.
Then remove the bangles and necklace, they clash with the outfit.

I'd probably wear the white boots which are free or the white wrapped boots. You might have to go with tights instead of leggings if you do that however...depends on how it looks ^ ^
