i would change the top to maybe a coloured singlet and maybe change the shoes to heels and i think you should change either the eye make up or the lipstick colour they dont really blend too well

nice concept there...just a little ...unmatched

i think you should change the hair to something short, but still a little lionger.
and maybe change the pants to the arrive skirt or the punk/goth tutu.
try to go with a color combonation. Crazy, unmatched clothes rarely look good.
add an animation, and change the eyes then ur all good!^.^

Its a little unmatched like everyone else has said
Maybe change the top to black
Get a skirt or shorts and put them in one particular colour e.g Purple
Then change the hair colour to the same
And shoes black?
Then a bitta make-up ^.^
