To all that turn in their outfits late: Izzy and I have a system so that outfits are always in on time. We will accept a certain amount of people once everyone signs up and the people that don't get in are backup contestants. If there ever is a contestant that drops out or is disqualified (NOT eliminated, just disqualified) a backup contestant will take their place. Backup contestants are in the contest just like the normal contestants are, just they take the place of a dropped out or disqualified contestant.
