Hmm....

the eyes are lovely, but I'd change the lipstick to something softer (try using the just lipstick and messing around with the colors)

I like the pink and blue, but why are you wearing yellow pants. O.o;

O' and your outfit doesn't quite seem to fit the background, but I think it has lots of potential :D
p.s. The shoes are just a little too well bright ^^

Its alittle too much... Maybe if you made it more revoled around one color but different shades of that color it would work better.. :)
