I think this thread should stay, since the original poster is asking for fashion advice rather than ratings.

Anyway, dancer, I think your outfit is nice, but I would add some pretty summer background and an animation, something like a parasol animation.

It seems quite similar to me, but I see your point. Add a summery backround like lo_specchio said, and maybe lighten the tan a bit so the blonde hair doesn't look so out of place.

I think you could lighten up your colors, clothing and makeup. Use more summery colors such as light blues, yellows, light soft browns. I'm not saying to use all of those colors in the same outfit, but I'm sure you can think of something. :]
