I wear neon-colors sometimes, but not my whole outfit. They can be pretty as long as they aren't overdone.

Not: Butt crack jeans.

Sadly most people overdo them. My poor eyes. I`m tired of seing guys wearing neon colored tops with neon colored skinny jeans..
