Tattoo sleeves aren't too expensive if you can find them.
I'd say just Google it, and get a feel for his style. Then sift through your closet and see what works. You can always change up clothing if it's not cut right too.

Make sure that you put lots of foundation over his eyebrows (assuming that he doesn't want to shave them off) and draw them on with pink sharpie or something in that annoying, thin, archy line.
