I would definately say the classic Resident Evil games always made me crap bricks.
Any 12 yr old playing that would panic, lol.

I have two.

First one is the Clock Tower series: being chased by a person with a sharp object and not being able to defend yourself, other than hiding, is not a pleasant experience. Having to figure out what to do in .343874 seconds before the antagonist pops out of nowhere and the fact that sometimes you can even find him/her in a hiding place of your choice isn't nice either. (Only played the PSX and PS2 versions recently; I don't remember the SNES version too well.)

The second is Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem. WHY AM I ON THE CEILING WHY ARE THERE FLIES INSIDE THE SCREEN SWEET JESUS DON'T TELL ME THAT MY CONTROLLER IS UNPLUGGED WHY THE HELL HAS THE SCREEN GONE BLACK AS I'M PLAYING?!

There are many other scary games, but these two drive me into a panic fairly often, even when I know what to do.
Lol I remember Sanity's Requiem... I freaked out at the flies and i thought my TV broke when that happened and i played the first clock tower.... I HATE finding a hiding place >.<

F.E.A.R. Wasn't really all that scary for me the game that scared me was Condemned was the scariest game I've ever played any game that has mannequins that folow you around and crazy people that pop out of no where with an axe and you have no ammo and all of your weapons are useless and broken scared the crap out of me.
