Though I'm not a big fan of horrors I can't resist playing the Fatal Frame of Silent Hill series.

I thought Condemned: Criminal Origins was scary....and then I played it a few times. And it still scared the bloody hell out of me. And yet I keep playing.

o_o

Here's the parts that scare the bloody hell outta me.

Thats not really scary, try F.E.A.R, fatal frame, silent hill, old school resident evil, and dead space...

HAHAHA. I always say I think HL2 is scary, but people generally make fun of me for it. It's just got these suspenseful moments that are way more memorable to me than, say, Resident Evil (which I do like playing.. Co-op, yay!).
The fast ones climbing up the drainpipe when you're on top of a building.. Ugh.

I haven't actually played that many scary games though.. Even the redeads in Ocarina of Time still freak me out. XD

...even though this thread is way repeated... ; )

People have different fears, I'm fine with other games my friends say are scary, some of them say half life 2 isn't scary.
I get really really into half life 2 and it scares me.. It's probably cos im jumpy rather than easily frightened so a game where I know things are gonna jump out of me really get me

Silent Hill 1,2 and maybe 3. Not just scary, but also twisted. I've never played Fatal Frame, I wish I had a PS2

Rule of Rose.

A really beautiful game, but it was scary for me because of some of scenes where they torture the main character (Jennifer).
