Both but I usually wear contacts. I have no idea what my prescription is, but my eyes are pretty bad. I've had glasses (and now contacts) since 3rd grade..

I have glasses.without them i cant see anything distance but i can see stuff real close.i have my glasses off now cuz they were giving me a headache(got new ones on wednesday).
