How many times have I heard this? I don't know but a lot of times I've heard it in the "rate the geek Above you" thread. Honestly. Who says you have to "look like a geek" to be one? I dress sort of like a "goth" but I'm barely like "goth people". I know some geeks who dress like preps (WTH is with this thread and labels? O.o) and if they made their meez to look like them and were rated in that "rate the geek above you" thread they'd get a zero. A big, fat, zero.

And it hurts. I mean. I'm not generalizing all labels but a lot of people frown a pon what geeks like and to all of a sudden to be rejected by people you thought were like you kinda hurts in a small way. I just don't get it. How can you rate someone without knowing anyting about them? Looks can be decieving.

Well I do those types of threads for fun.
Honestly, I don't like lables but I wasn't taking that "rate geek or not" thing seriously.

I'm not the one to judge on someone's personality without actually KNOWING them IRL.

Agreed. I find the whole rate the geek above you thread misleading. It should be titled "Rate the geek above you's appearance" or something. You identify them as a geek, and youa re only rating them by style. I see that less offensive or judgemental. :]

I think it's yourself, or your very close friends who can identify you.
I'm a total geek, and completely in love with my Wii, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and anime. XDD
However, I dress in a "gothish" way... : /
So people tend to ignore my geekiness and label me as Goth, suicidal, and manic depressive.
The last two aren't really labels, but just saying.
