When I was five my dad got me this HUGE PC with AOL. I didn't use it much, considering how long it took to load pages. But then it crashed and he got this new one wih Comcast, iTunes, and a webcam. And now here I am, a female computer geek.

I had to use my mom's computer up until a year ago when I got my own laptop. I've actually considered getting the dial-up sounds as my ringtone, just for old time's sake lol. Female computer geeks ftw!

I was five, I wasn't a fully matured computer geek yet. So IDK.

I somewhat miss the olden days of yore, but I don't think I could survive without my laptop and DSL; I'm extremely impatient!

My mother's computer runs super slow, so whenever my sister and I have to use it to print out papers and whanot, we practically sit there for a half an hour before the computer finally goes "Oh! I should be printing this." D:

Oh, don''t feel bad, I have to go back to my mom old a$$ thinkpad laptop that still has widows95 on it, just to type when my laptop crash's it's fun times... By the way I love your 'nerdy glasses' their so cute!


I don't miss dial-up, the sound was like nails on a chalk-board to me and slow ass hell! I think god everyday for DSL.

The big refrigerator-sized monitors I do miss, I'm just weird like that and plus I like my sh$! Big!

Oh man, I couldn't stand my combination of dial-up and Compaq computer from 1999. A literal 30 minutes to load a single page was too killer for me.

I do miss how I could look up things on the days of dial-up and not get hit with multiple bits of porn or freakiness when I searched for anything. Sometimes, I'm just not in the mood to look at that stuff.

Oh gosh, i hate dialup. Lol, but i have hughs net, and i hate it. If you use over like 450 MB, your internet turns on dialup for 24 hours. It bugs me so much! >:O

I had Dial-Up for a year, I think 2 years ago.
My RAGE level went up by 10 levels and I went insane basically.
Now I has laptop.
