Guys, I need help!!

I REALLY REALLY REALLY wanna learn how to take screen shots and put them on my profile but i have nooooo idea how too.

I need Stap by Step Informtion Please.

To take a screen shot, press the Print Scrn key at the top of your keyboard, now open any art program ( MS paint, photoshop, GIMP) and press these keys Ctrl and V

then just upload the image to tiny pic or photobucket, and get the <a=http://blah-blah code for example, and go to edit profile and put that code in the media box section.
