I'm dressing as a Night Elf for Halloween this year, and I need an experienced Cosplayer to help me make pauldrons.
I bought 2 plain gold mask, made of plastic and I'm using it as my pauldrons, I just don't know how to make it where it holds still on my shoulders. Lol
Any suggestions or ideas?
Here's a picture of the masks i bought, I already painted some details on it and I'm planning to add little plastic leaves and stems.

and I'm also going to tape/paste purple seperate feathers through out the bottom too look like this:
