I think they should put it back up to 1,000.
I mean, if you're serious about becoming a mod, you should at least get to know the community, and while trying for that 1,000 mark, you meet alot of really cool people, and can even get to know other peoples' points of view and stuff, which is an impotant quality in a leader. And that's what the mods are, leaders.

I don't really want to be one, I don't think. I dunno. I'll wait until I have more posts behind me to decide. But it takes dedication, and I have alot of respect for people who take on the responsibility.
