What i do to help me study ,if i dont feel like i have to push my self to do it cause in the end it will turn in to a big fat F .dont let people do your work for you ethier .no matter how much fun you wanna have just keep working and let that be your goal .

Timetables are pretty good :P and make sure your in a quiet room with no distractions i turn off my laptop phone mp3 player anything that can make sounds and people can contact me on :P also make sure people know your studying and not ignoring them

I know that this wasn't a problem for me in high school because I mostly did my homework between classes (I wouldn't recommend that btw ), but in college it helps a lot if I leave my room to study. At my university there are so many campus computing sites, like for example I spent a lot of time in a place called Angell Hall and it had hundreds of computers and was always busy. Having other people around would cause me to be conscious about the kinds of things that I was doing on my computer, and would therefore be more likely to actually work. Being in my room or in a friend's room with my own laptop makes goofing off really inviting and easy to do, but I swear when I was around other people I could sit there for hours and my papers.

On the flip side of that, I'm an art major and I find it easier to do my work alone sometimes because I don't want to feel the pressure of others watching what I'm working on, but for just sketching things, it's more fun when I do it in my academic classes, I don't know why

Try to orginize your time.
Writing down what you need to do today in a calendar and then ticking up when you've done it really helps. Since I started doing so I'm really more relaxed and sure that I haven't forgotten anything.
