Default Help?

Hi. I got Action Replay for the Nintendo DS. I used it on one of my games, and I tried to use it today. When I put it in the DS, and turned it on, it started up correctly and then past the Warnings... Then the whole screen went blank! Then I googled it, and no one really knew how to solve it. So I called Best Buy, and they said to bring it in... Blah blah, but I don't wanna run all the way out there. I wanna see if I can solve it WITHOUT going there, just incase it happens again, that way I know what to do. Whenever I tried to plug it into my computer, but it doesn't read the Action Replay in the Nintendo DS.
Help? PLEASE!?

Note: I KNOW, THIS SHOULD GO IN THE GAMES, BUT I FIGURED THAT PEOPLE THAT KNOW HOW TO FIX THINGS BETTER IN THE GEEK PLACE, SO I CAME HERE JUST INCASE I NEEDED TO DOWNLOAD SOMETHING, BLAH BLAH BLAH.

^o^

Doesnt AR just unlock stuff for you?

Well, first, I suggest going to CheatCC.com
They have cheat codes, walkthroughs and hints/tips for MANY games.

Could the AR be defective? For me, my Rock Band disc is scratched (but not much), and when I pop it in my 360, a white screM in Japanese shows up.
The threads inside the AR might be ruined...

I think you should find a message board for AR, or some sort of support (in case here doesnt help) and post your problem again. Because from my own experience the Gerk Squad at Best Buy sucks (sorry if I offended anyone; but its my opinion and experience.).
