Now if you're really in a hurry, try this one:

The Easy Cheesy Pasta Salad

Ingredients:

400 grams macaroni (any shape will do)
250 grams chopped celery
1/2 cup pickle relish
1 cup cooked ham strips
2 cups pineapple tidbits
1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed
2 cups mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:

Cook macaroni according to its package directions. Drain and let cool.

In a bowl, combine cooked macaroni, celery, onions, pickle relish, ham, pineapple and cheddar cheese.

Add mayonnaise and toss well. Season with salt and pepper. Chill before serving.

Makes 8 servings.

I moved this post here:

This is a no-bake dessert that is often requested in my household. It's quite easy to make, you just have to mix the ingredients and refrigerate to set the cake.

No Bake Choco-Peach Cake

Ingredients:

3 cups all-purpose cream
1 can condensed milk (390 grams or 1 1/2 cups)
500 grams chocolate-flavored graham crackers or
crushed Oreo or crushed Fudgee-0 cookies
Nesquik chocolate syrup (or any other brand you like)
1 big can of sliced peaches

Materials:

a hand-held or stand-alone mixer or a egg beater
a serving tray or a clear oven dish
a small kitchen knife
a mixing bowl
spatula

Procedure:

1.) Whip the cream and condensed milk until well blended.

2.) Spread the crackers or crushed choco-crackers evenly on your desired serving dish.(This will be your first layer, which will be the cake base.)

3.) Scoop out the blended milk and cream and spread evenly on your cake base, using a spatula, make the cream about 1/4 inch thick. (This will be your second layer, the cream base.)

4.) Thin the peach slices using a knife, then arrange on the top of the cream base. (This is your third layer, the fruit base.)

5.) Drizzle chocolate syrup on top of the fruit slices.

6.) Repeat the procedure above for about 2 more layers- depending on the size of your tray, I used a round pan which is 12 inches in diameter and 1/2 inch in height. A smaller serving dish can accomodate more layers.

7.) Be sure to save some more cream and your best fruit slices for the uppermost layer. Decorate as desired.

8.) Refrigerate to set. This will take about two hours, more time if desired.

Chicken Crescents

1 large chicken breast, boiled and shredded
8oz cream cheese (it can be flavored if you like)
2tbsp Parmesan cheese
1 package crescent rolls

Combine chicken breast, cream cheese, and parmesan together in a large bowl. Lay out your crescent rolls and put a large spoonful of the chicken mixture in the middle of the largest part of the triangle. Wrap it up into a ball. Bake according to crescent roll instructions, then flip them over and bake an additional 5 minutes. These are delicious and are so easy to make!

Another Yummy Cake Recipe... My daughter is allergic to eggs & dairy... This is actually a nut-free, dairy-free, egg-free cake... I make cupcakes because it seems to bake better.

Crazy Cake

3 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups cold water

Mix flour, sugar, salt, soda, and cocoa together into a large bowl. Add oil, vinegar, vanilla and cold water. Stir well.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 to 40 minutes, or until tooth pick inserted comes out clean. Frost with your favorite icing.

For an icing recipe, look in this thread for my other cake recipe... It includes the icing recipes!!!

Thanks busymomma7! I would try that out sometime. I just wanted to ask? If it contains vinegar, wouldn't it taste a bit sour?
