I absolutely love this thread Mtorres! I'll have to go through my fridge and pull out what I cooked yesterday, nuke it in the nuker, make it a bit fancy and then take a picture as well as posting everything else that must be included with a post in this thread. Awesome thread, I'll be cooking some of these dishes. | |||||||

Thanks! Anyway, it's alright if the recipes cannot be posted with pictures, my photobucket account takes forever to upload, busy moms as we are, we cannot wait that long, so sometimes we just post what we can. Thanks again, we'll be looking forward to your recipes!

| Hello, I'm new here, I thought I'd just share one of the easiest recipes I know: ![]() EGGPLANT TORTA What you need: 2 pcs eggplant 3 large eggs 2 tbsp flour cooking oil What to do: First, beat eggs in a bowl, add salt and pepper to taste. Set aside. Next, grill whole eggplants until soft, skin becomes dark brown, and also watery, then remove from heat. Then, in a bowl of cold water, place the grilled eggplants, then carefully peel off the skin, saving the stalk as a holder. Next, carefully mash the eggplant in the bowl of beaten eggs. Divide the mixture into two then fry until golden brown. | |||||||
