TRIPLE FUDGE CAKE

1 pk chocolate pudding (4 oz - not instant)
1 pk devils food cake mix (18 1/2 ounce)
1/2 cup chocolate pieces, semi-sweet
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
2 cup milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13x9x2 baking pan (MMMMM Grease). In large pan, make chocolate pudding it tells you how on the package as if you didn't know already. Blend dry cake mix really, REALLY well into the hot pudding, beating by hand or with mixer 1-2 minutes. But it takes like 10 minutes to beat by hand so I say mixer. Pour it into the baking pan. Sprinkle batter with chocolate pieces, rasberries, and nuts(I don't put nuts on mine.). Bake 30-35 minutes or until you put a toothpick in the middle and it comes out clean. Serve it warm or cool.

IT TASTES LIKE A BROWNIE!!!

My fav pot roast from Sandra Lee ...soooo goood

1 (12-ounce) bag frozen onions 1 (8-ounce) bag frozen baby carrots
1 (8-ounce) package sliced mushrooms
1/2 pound small new potatoes, halved
4 pounds beef chuck roast, rinsed and patted dry
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 (10.75-ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
1 packet onion soup mix
1 cup low-sodium beef broth
1/4 cup steak sauce
Into a slow cooker, put the onions, carrots, mushrooms, and potatoes.
Season the roast with salt and pepper. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the meat on all sides in oil. When it is browned, put it in the slow cooker on top of the vegetables.

In a small bowl, stir together the cream of celery soup, onion soup mix, beef broth, and steak sauce. Pour over top of roast. Cover and cook on high setting for 3 to 4 hours or low for 8 to 9 hours.

Happy Icon Re: The Meez Mamas Recipe Thread!!!

Ok girls...well first off...2things about me...I'm not a mom but a cook lover; 2 Iam french...(sorry for measures...i dont know whats the corresponding one for you...)
so well i was invited by mtorres1681 to get a look at this thread and well i must admit that as a foreigner im completely excited over my pc! So many recipes/meals i've never heard of or barely even tought about! Now my mind is running making up some brand new recipes thanks to you! So well i must thank you girls!
then...well though i am a frenchie, and it is not at all french speciality i got some easy quick and good recipe of cupcakes....
ok so here i go:
DESSERT:
ALMOND PASTE/MARZIPAN CUPCAKES

ingredients:
  • Almond Paste/marzipan (in france they sell it in blocks...i dont know as for you)
  • bitter almond extract
  • 100grams of sugar
  • 100grams of flour
  • 3eggs
  • 1teaspoon of baking powder
  • alimentary artificial coloring (or fruits*)
in a bowl mix firmly eggs until it become kinda whitish, add instantly your sugar (the quicker you are the lightest your cake will be!)and mix it to the eggs, slowly add your flour, when you're done with this add the almond extract. At the very end when you're paste is ok( fluent but not too much) add the baking powder.
Put your paste into moulds.into the oven for about 10mn at 180°c. While it's in the oven, roll out the almond paste/marzipan, to make it tastier add some almond extract.Color it with whatever color of your choice...make them into small circles (size of a glass) Just as the cupcakes are out of the oven, apply the pasta on your cakes (as it is hot it will shape better the cake and wont move a lot later)
decorate....and serve!

here is a hint of what it may look like:

*TO COLOR WITH FRUITS:
for blue/purple:
blueberry
for red:
cherry
for pink:
raspberry
for light purple:
fig
and so many more...
