I used this one the other night, I told my daughter that I would make pancakes in the morning if she did the best job she could pretending to sleep. She was out in about 15 minutes. Maybe you could tell her you'll bring her a surprise next time you watch her or something?

Make sure she gets no soda, candy, or anything with caffeine or sugar atleast 3 hours before bedtime. Also, give them a warm bath, bath her with johsnons soothing night time wash to help relax her. When she is done sit her down and read with her. Then once its bed time softly sing to her while shes laying down she will know you are there and wont want to get up.

all good suggestions, I hope she fell asleep. My mother in law babysat my daughter once & let her have a caffienated soda & failed to mention it to us. When I tried put her to sleep, she kept tossing & turning til 1 in the morning. Poor thing kept mumbling she couldn't sleep and kept fumbling with her fingers. She was only about 2.
