If someone is being abusive to you in chat
(1) Click on their name. A drop-down menu will appear.
(2) Select 'Report Abuse'. A new window will open.
(3) Fill out the short form in the new window, then submit it.
(4) An admin will deal with the abuser, usually within 24 hours.

If someone is leaving you abusive messages in your room
(1) Click on the picture of their head. A drop-down menu will appear.
(2) Select 'Report Abuse'. A new window will open.
(3) Fill out the short form in the new window, then submit it.
(4) An admin will deal with the abuser, usually within 24 hours.

Note that:
(1) This should only be used if someone is causing real trouble in the room - cursing excessively, insulting other people several times, spamming the room, or harassing people.
(2) Don't get into a fight with the person being nasty to you. If you start fighting fire with fire, both of you could get punished! Instead, simply report them, then ignore them. If you can't ignore them, go chat in a different room - there are plenty to choose from! Let the admins deal with the situation, that is what we are here for
(3) When you report someone talking in a room, the report will include the recent chat from the room. To make sure that the report contains the right chat history, you should use the 'report abuse' link around 5-10 seconds after they say something they should not have said. Similarly, when you report a message someone has left for you in your room, the report will include the text of the message. So, if you claim that someone said something they diddn't say, the admin will be able to look at the log and know they did not say it.

Ummm, Aquameez admin,

When we click on the picture, we no longer get the drop down menu.
Could you give us alternate instructions for reporting someone leaving abusive messages?
