I love the wings. They look amazing- really 3d. Also the eye is pretty.

Her hand seems really smudged? You could try redrawing some of the detail like knuckles.

The hair... Well I think it makes the image look worse than it really is when you look closely at it.
Hair was the first thing I noticed as it stands out so much, it's not a good thing when it is the weakest aspect of the image. The small white areas and the tips need work. Also the lines seem very sharp. I think adding more tones to the hair could make it much better as well as carefully smudging down the tips with a very low strength brush.

The text could do with some work too, it's hard to read, also try a different font, something more "cyborgy" to match the theme.


Well done on getting rid of the white lines. I don't see any at all ; )
