|  One of my favorite artists. Jasmine Becket-Griffith always has really good paintings and I check her website often for new stuff. I was just checking it out tonight and found a really nice one that reminded me of Meez. Poe  "Steampunk! This painting is an illustration for an upcoming book of short stories for which I am providing the illustrations. Her name is "Poe" - a character in the book - she has a steampunk flair, living in a neo-Victorian world combining fairytale whimsy with arcane technology. I've painted Poe in a fantastic scene, airship in the distance, bizarre clockwork gadgets and goggles in hand. Distant factories steam industry in the background, as Poe haunts the local trainstation." I love how the purple in Poe's hair goes so well with her bright green eyes. <3 check out the link to see details of the painting. I don't think I'm familiar with his stuff. Then again, I've probably seen something by him and didn't know it. Lol

K...I just checked out the Steampunk Album.......my favs are the "Sewer Mermaid" and "A Clockwork Pumpkin" simply fantastic

Omg I love her! I used to watch her paint on a daily basis back when she would do it over webcam. I used to read through her Livejournal all the time. She is truely amazing.
