We had the first snow fall out today. Everything is white. Yuck. The winter began.

No because where I grew up there was always snow by X-mas, where I am now it never snows.

It never snows for long in my region. If it does snow, it's usually melted by morning.

We have been sooooo lucky. We would have normally had snow weeks ago but have escaped it so far!

Snow started falling about 2 weeks ago. Today I almost slipped on the icy sidewalks. Winter makes me moody , especially on the gloomy days.

Yeah we got the stuff weeks ago. It is currently -15 degree celsius and I am guessing at least 2 feet of snow. I don't mind snow itself but the driving on the roads I don't enjoy. We have a 4 x 4 pickup which is great but when there are vehicles on the road speeding and don't know how to drive in this weather it spells disaster. This morning it took me half an hour to get to the gym, usually it takes me 10 minutes because of the 3 accidents back to back.
Sorry I am going on and on ranting.....
On a lighter note I am looking forward to building my first snowman with my little girl this weekend.
